Purpose
This policy affirms that all institutional data processed or stored within our systems remains the sole property of the institution. Our role is limited to acting as a custodian of the data for the purpose of providing services as contracted.
Policy Statement
The institution retains full ownership of all data that it provides, transmits, or generates through use of our systems.We do not, under any circumstance, claim ownership of institutional data.Data is collected and processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling transactions, providing services to students, and supporting institutional operations.We do not sell, transfer, or otherwise use institutional data for any purpose outside of the services explicitly agreed upon.Upon termination of services, all institutional data will be returned or securely destroyed in accordance with institutional direction.
Scope
This policy applies to all data provided by the institution, including but not limited to: student information, academic schedules, financial aid entitlements, and any associated personal or institutional data transmitted into our systems.
Acknowledgement
By using our services, both parties affirm that the institution is and will remain the data owner, and our company acts only as a data processor and custodian.
