Our platform is hosted in Amazon Web Services (AWS), utilizing multiple Availability Zones for database services (RDS), which aligns us with AWS’s regional SLA of 99.99% uptime.
For payment processing, we rely on Fiserv (CardConnect), which provides a 99.95% uptime SLA for its merchant card services.
Together, these infrastructures establish a combined service availability expectation of 99.95% uptime or better, equating to fewer than 5 hours of potential downtime annually. Here's how we work internally to achieve the highest possible uptime SLA:
We monitor system health continuously through AWS CloudWatch and receive real-time alerts for any service interruptions.
Our technology team maintains 24/7 escalation protocols to respond to incidents immediately.
